Truth.

At 48 years old I discovered that I am a Creeker.

How in the world this came about is just bizarre, but quite frankly makes sense given that I am somewhat of a closet romantic under my nihilist exterior.

When I was growing up, having homoerotic thoughts wasn’t exactly something one discussed.

The odd way that an internet fandom of primarily teen girls began connecting the South Park characters of Craig Tucker and Tweek Tweak into a couple is both hilarious and for some reason, seems absolutely karmically perfect.

I’ve been a fan of South Park since the series debuted way back in 1997 and I always found myself drawn more to the peripheral secondary characters than the main four.

When Tweek was introduced, his manic paranoid nature appealed to me right of the bat in his first appearance in Gnomes. I can’t even begin to think of the number of times I’ve used that episodes famous “Collect underpants + ?+ Profit” business model to mock things at my various jobs.

Craig Tucker appealed to me as well, being the kid I kind of wished my spineless inner child wishes he could have been. His constant pragmatism more or less reflected by own, and his “go fuck yourself” attitude was something I always wish I had more of in my youth.

Both characters where generally background to the show and definitely B-listers, through the creators did try to showcase Tweek a lot more early on.

So having an entire episode dedicated to what essentially amounts to the main boys (Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Cartman) manipulating  Tweek and Craig to fight in Tweek vs. Craig.
